Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations:

 

If student cancels a lesson 24 hours in advance, the lesson is rescheduled for another time without penalties.

 

If student cancels the lesson fewer than 24 hours in advance, the lesson is charged as if it were held.

 

If student does not show up for class, the lesson is charged as if it were held.

Refunds:

 

There are no refunds on individual lessons (those lessons sold per lesson and not as packages).

​

For lessons sold in packages of 5 or 10, there is up to a 90% refund. If student requests a refund for the 5th lesson of a package of 5 lessons or the 10th lesson out of a package of 10 lessons, this lesson will not be refunded.
